Chartered Master Mariner and ex-Shipmaster possessing Subject Matter Expertise and considerable experience with regards to marine and technical matters, particularly those relating to Liquid Petroleum LPG and LNG operations, ISM compliance and HSSEQ. Excellent knowledge of Marine Assurance for projects involving erection and upgrading marine berths, Underwater Ship Husbandry Diving Activities and Ship-To -Ship (STS) transhipment operations. Strongly motivated to deliver marine solutions either leading or working within a team. An experienced mentor – supports and develops individuals and teams. A keen networker to foster relationships with Subject Matter Experts in other fields required to deliver marine project outcomes.

- Subject Matter Expert with regards to STS transhipment operations, Marine Terminal Management and Ship-Shore compatibility.
- Considerable experience with regards to conducting Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification and Hazard & Operability Studies.
- Strong focus upon Continuous improvement and generation of best practices.
- Significant experience in drafting marine procedures, standards and guidance using plain English.
- Technical expertise in marine standards, vetting and clearance, compliance.
- Stakeholder management and strong leadership.
- Considerable experience with regards to Incident Management and Emergency Response.
